Pedro, another RAL foster, came to our home towards the end of February 2024.
He was pulled from an area shelter and already had a microchip! It turns out he’d been adopted as a kitten, went missing shortly after, and the old owners didn’t want him back. That’s a shame because Pedro is an awesome cat. The microchip information did at least tell us that he’s nearly 10 years old, which is great info to have for potential adopters.
He’s such a laid back yet active cat, he really enjoyed playing with string toys and mouse toys.
He LOVED to nap or sunbathe in the window near my desk, bonus points if the window was open and he could chatter at the birds and the odd cat passing by.
He got a great home with a cat person who had never had a cat of his own before. He’s got two cat siblings and I couldn’t be happier for him!
