We’re looking forward to all the fun that 2019 will bring but since we have a few hours left… let’s take a look back all the fun things we’ve done in 2018 (in no particular order): Continue reading “Goodbye 2018”
Tonight I attended the Luminary Ceremony celebrating a successful Operation Silent Night. Richmond Animal League started Operation Silent Night 8 years ago, and every year around this time they clear the shelter – that means every dog and cat has a home whether foster or adoptive. Continue reading “An empty shelter, filled with light.”
On Monday we attended an advance screening of Aquaman in 3D, the latest addition to the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). Since the movie officially comes out today, I figured we should put together some of our thoughts to encourage others to see it!
As mentioned in Mackey’s post, on Black Friday we purchased 2 Wisdom Panel 3.0 DNA tests for only $49.99 (that’s more than 44% off)! We just heard back that both samples have been accepted, so they’re starting to process them now. Saturday morning after PiYo I headed over to the shelter to pick up these three cuties. Continue reading “Meet Yasmin, Graham, and Ryan”
On Black Friday, once again Wisdom Panel 3.0 DNA tests for dogs went on sale, this time for only $49.99 (that’s more than 44% off)! I scooped up two – one for Mackey and another for Splotchy. We’ve just sent off the samples so we should hear back in a few weeks. Until then, I wanted to share a few photos of Mackey and a little about him, so we can all make guesses as to what breed(s) he is.
The moment we had been waiting for since Christmas had arrived. It was October 6th and Loretta (my little sister) and I were in Arlington, TX for what would be an extremely fun night – the Taylor Switch reputation tour.
Almost 2 months ago, Anthony and I traveled to Orlando, FL for our company’s “Grand Meetup”. We had a blast!
See, the company we work for is distributed meaning we don’t work from one office but rather from home, coffee shops, coworking offices, or even from the road for those who are nomadic. To balance things out, for 1 week a year we all get together to hang out, learn, and work. Continue reading “Automattic Grand Meetup 2018”
